Job Description
Sales - engage potential customers and prepare proposals tailored to the requirements
follow up to convert to order
follow up factory order specifications, and produce CAD drawings
monitor and coordinate materials deliveyr to sites
Project Management - manage project from material delivery to completion
attend site meetngs and coordinate installation progress with project team
monitor installation for safety compliance and quality of installation
arrange inspections by Specialist Professional Engineer, M+E Consultant, Architect, RI
update CAD drawings, handover documents and arrange handover sign off by customer.
Requirements
Minimum bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
6 years' experience in the lift and escalator trade, at engineer level
Qualify as Technical Person under the BCA requirements
