Customer Service and Sales:
- Being a brand ambassador, reflecting the company core values.
- Ensuring the very best levels of customer service, building trust one customer at a time.
- Offering a personal shopping and styling experience to our clients.
- Delivering the monthly and seasonal sales targets and working closely with the team to do so.
- Ensuring that the flagship is kept clean, neat and tidy at all times for best customer experiences.
- Ensure visual merchandising is displayed neatly at all times.
- Ensuring that customers are added to the Client Database.
- Ensuring timely follow-up of customer requests/communications
- Managing after sales-service of clients
- Supporting with administrative tasks where necessary
Design and Creation:
- Being part of the design process in relation to fine jewellery collections, one-of-a-kind pieces and bespoke items, collaborations and special projects that build on the B.P. de Silva aesthetics and storytelling.
- Working closely with the design and production team to understand and challenge limitations of the manufacturing process.
- Document case studies to capture important takeaways from production meetings and support the design/production library of content.
- Keep up to date with luxury jewellery trends, new collections and price points of other jewellers to ensure we are creating within the market segments we are competing with.
- Support with graphics where needed for the other departments
- sketch out ideas, sometimes using computer-aided design (CAD), to help the client visualise the finished design

- Be capable of working to deadlines / ability to prioritise / optimal time management.
Skills:
- Degree/diploma from jewellery technical/design program
- Prior or current experience in jewellery design for 2 to 3 years
- Attentive to detail and quality
- Gemmological Certification or Qualification preferred
- 3D printing Knowledge will have an added advantage
- Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) preferred
