Job Description:
- In charge of the day-to-day operations of the Condominium.
- Review and administration of maintenance contracts including insurance policies of the estate.
- Plan, execute, and supervise all facilities management and operational matters.
- Co-ordinate council meetings and general meetings.
- Deliver efficient and effective solutions on estate management.
- Co-ordinate council meetings and general meetings.
- Prepare and submit an annual budget and recommend rates of MF/SF contributions.
- Ensure all residents’ feedbacks are attended to promptly and efficiently.
- Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Estate Management, Building Services.
- Engineering or equivalent • Minimum 3 to 4 years of MCST experience for Diploma holders.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of MCST experience for Degree holders.
- Good knowledge of the Building Maintenance & Strata Management (BMSM) Act.
- Computer literate and possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- A good team player with strong analytical and leadership skills.
