Guide and partner with the NAB Asia (Singapore, Hong Kong, China & Japan) branches in the onboarding, monitoring and disengagement of procurement arrangements in accordance with regulatory and Group Policy requirements. Key focus is on consultation & advice, contracting, cost savings, risk monitoring and governance.
Ensure procurement channels are ‘right-sized’ and scalable. Optimise procurement processes, guidelines and procedures; oversee execution of procurement processes and ensure compliance with Group policies and regional regulatory requirements; deliver quality service, value-adds and cost savings to business partners’ and support NAB CIB in dealings with suppliers.
Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure that all procurement arrangements comply with group policy with regards to onboarding and vendor selection
- Identify and implement opportunities for procurement savings
- Manage contracting activities for NAB NY, London and Paris locations
- Monitor business compliance to supplier frameworks and support uplift as appropriate
- Maintain and continuously uplift procurement process documentation as it applies to NAB

Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years in a procurement function and/or in a supplier governance role
Qualification Requirements:
- Any accreditation or certificates relevant to procurement
