Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for construction projects.
- Perform quantity take-off and prepare cost breakdowns for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate measurement and costing of project activities.
- Analyze project specifications and drawings to identify potential cost savings and value engineering opportunities.
- Manage and monitor project budgets and cash flows.
- Prepare and submit claims and variations to clients and subcontractors.
- Provide regular cost reports and updates to project management.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in quantity surveying for construction and architectural background.
- Prior knowledge in AutoCAD, ELV, electrical, mechanical and security system drawings.
