Job Responsibilities:
1. Establish daily data monitoring and alarm capabilities for risk control scenarios such as accounts and transactions, evaluate model effects through data analysis, and continuously iterate risk control strategies；
2. Assess business risks, formulate appropriate security plans, establish risk plans, and have corresponding security countermeasures capabilities;
3. Handle daily security risk incidents and coordinate with various departments to establish standardized disposal processes;
4. Build and maintain the group's centralized risk control system and compliance system to achieve full coverage of online automated risk control and compliance capabilities for all business lines of the group. Effectively lead the technical team, supervise and guide technical work, ensure the smooth implementation of the project, and establish and Improve various R&D specifications and processes;
5. Responsible for group business data audit and wallet circuit breaker system construction;
6. Leading the effort to tackle performance issues such as high concurrency of online systems and JVM tuning.
Job requirements:
1. More than 10 years of experience in R&D and architecture, more than 5 years of experience in virtual currency exchange risk control system architecture construction, and a deep understanding of the blockchain risk control ecosystem;
2. More than 3 years of business security operation experience, proficient in business security event attack and defense architecture design and risk control strategy formulation under the blockchain system;
3. More than 5 years of online tackling capabilities in high-concurrency systems, such as high-concurrency call performance bottleneck processing, JVM tuning, etc
4. Possess strong logical analysis capabilities and insights, be able to conduct security review and analysis of business and implement executable security plans;
5. Proficient in using Spark SQL, Mysql, and Python scripts for data query and verification;
6. Possess big data analysis capabilities and be able to perform data analysis and strategy optimization iteration on abnormal strategy indicators;
7. More than 10 years of team leadership experience, good communication skills, expansion and organizational coordination, and good professional quality
Bonus:
1. Experience in tracking stolen events on the chain
2. Familiar with commonly used coin mixers, cross-chain bridges and other products
