Job Description
· Lead and manage the service team, providing technical guidance, support and mentorship as needed.
· Liaising with suppliers on technical information and procurement of items required based on project requirements.
· Initiate project meetings and work schedules.
· Conduct detailed planning and implement assigned projects successfully.
· Assist Service Team Manager in monitoring and managing the day-to-day operations of project.
· Liaise with customers and/or sub-contractors on the project matters
· Attend regular meetings with owner/client/contractors/sub-cons on the related matters.
· Carry out in-progress inspection and joint inspection and to ensure that the works were executed to the required quality standard.
· Update the project quality plan as and when appropriate.
· Assist Service Team Manager on the tasks assigned.
Requirements
· Min Diploma in Engineering or Construction related field
Building Construction Safety Supervisor or equivalent trained
· Min 2-3 year of experience in service, commissioning or engineering or related field
· Familiar with fire protection system (e.g fire alarm panel) will be in advantage
· Project handling experience will be considered an advantage
· Problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills
· Team oriented and able to work independently
· Detailed oriented, multi –tasking and able to handle stress
· Proficient in MS Office & database with analytical skills
· Proficient in communication and coordination skills
· Fluent in English & Mandarin
