We are looking for Senior Executive, Accounts cum HR personnel to provide accounting and HR support to our organization in Singapore.
The job responsibilities include overseeing all accounts and finance, human resources, and administrative matters of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and handle daily accounting operations, such as invoicing, payment, payment voucher, staffs reimbursements.
- Review monthly and yearly balance sheet, and anaylsis reporting.
- Profit & Loss and cash flow reports.
- Prepare management reports with financial graphs and charts
- Liaise with company secretary, banker, auditor, tax agency and relevant authorities for company related matters.
- Manage payroll and CPF, taxation for employees.
- Assist on a whole recruitment process and other HR relevant matters.
- Assist on Administrative functions.
- Any other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting
- At least 5 years of working experiences
- Good Command of English
- Strong proficiency and skills in chart creation and report formatting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with good Excel skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Tactful, meticulous and work independently
