Roles & Responsibilities:
- Cultivate relationships with partners and key stakeholders.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure monthly target achievements.
- Research, develop, and propose innovative ideas to achieve the set targets.
- Identify the new & viable sales opportunities to enhance the growth.
- Identify the market trends & update the catalogue on a day to day basis to stay on top of the competition.
- Provide regular updates and reports on partnership activities and results to senior management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics related to partnerships.
- Identify and address challenges or issues that may arise during partnership implementation.
Qualification & Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 1+ year in partnership management, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

- Willingness to travel as needed for meetings, events and partnership activities.
