- Act as single point of contact for Customer for all facilities matters, including but
not limited to security, cooling, power, hardware movements, cleanness, etc.
- Support & co-ordinate hardware installations and cabling as per Customer requests.
- Manage and coordinate vendor support services, including supervision of vendors on installation, upgrading, maintenance, repair, and delivery of server hardware and software.
- Co-ordinate with and escort third party vendors visiting Customers’ data centre and server rooms.
- Install, configure, Monitor of UPS.
- Co-ordinate with remote site support engineer for all server room related activities.
- Perform regular data centre inspection. Report any alert to concerned party.
- Maintain inventory of Customer data centre and server rooms equipment Record including customer’s remote sites and audit all the changes.
- Manage Customer’s cloud based data centre and resources, including inventory,
- changes, budget, etc.
- Any other activity related to data centre operations.
- The Support Services shall meet KPI target set by Customer.
- The DC OSE should carry and be reachable 24x7 via on duty mobile phone (to be provided by Customer
- Experience in IT service management
- Basic understanding of IT Infrastructure domain.
