1. check plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations
2. ensure that all materials used, and work performed are in accordance with the specifications.
3. manage, monitor, and interpret the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect
4. liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project
5. communicate with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers, and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
6. carry out day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors - this is site-specific and may not be the case on all projects

8. plan the work and efficiently organise the plant and site facilities to meet agreed deadlines
9. resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
10. oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site
11. prepare reports as required and filling in other paperwork
12. ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and other legislation adhere to.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent in construction related engineering
2. Minimum of 2- 5 years’ experience in Civil construction.
3. preferably experience in Ground improvement works such as DSM/DCM, PVD, Jet grouting, Soil Nailing etc.
