The Role
- Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements, translating them into user stories, and facilitating discussions to ensure a thorough understanding of project needs.
- Collaborate with development teams to design innovative solutions aligned with business goals and architectural principles.
- Prepare comprehensive business requirements documents and functional specifications to guide development and implementation efforts.
- Develop and execute test plans, conduct user UAT and ensure IT solutions meet quality standards and business requirements. Provide requirements for automated testing to the QA team.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the IT team, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout project lifecycles. Work closely with Program Management to adhere to deadlines and escalate issues as needed.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment, with a strong understanding of SDLC methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze and interpret data from various sources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies and tools such Azure DevOps and Jira is a plus.
- Knowledge in physical and financial commodities trading lifecycle.
