Job Summary
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, closing sales, and addressing customer queries through messaging platforms. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying client needs, presenting our services effectively, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via messaging platforms, providing detailed information about our services, pricing, and availability, and closing sales with customers.
• Schedule appointments and follow-up to facilitate the sales process and ensure client engagement.
• Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships and customer loyalty.
Qualifications
• Experience: Proven experience in sales preferably in the cleaning or service industry.
• Skills: Excellent written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer Service: Strong ability to handle customer queries and provide clear, concise, and helpful information via messaging.
• Education: Diploma and above in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
