- Ensure smooth and efficient maintenance of the operational working hours.
- Coordinate with technicians and contractors to schedule and prioritize service requests.
- Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Manage a team of technicians and provide guidance and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Operations Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of operational management experience.
