Introduction:
Chin Mee Chin Confectionery is a renowned heritage café located at 204 East Coast Rd,Singapore. Key Responsibilities:
- Support kitchen team in preparing ingredients, pastries and food menu items to support daily cafe operations
- Keeping the kitchen station safe and in a clean condition, assist in daily cafe cleaning
- Maintain and upkeep kitchen machinery and equipment
- Assist with receiving stocks, checking and ensuring quality of ingredients used in cooking
Qualifications:
- A valid Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 1) training opportunity would be provided after hired for eligible staff without certificate
- 1 Year experience in similar role is a bonus
