- Skilled in installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) Systems.
- Perform troubleshooting of ACMV chillers system
- Attend breakdown service call & re-solve the issue
- Perform regular maintenance work on ACMV systems.
- Perform routine maintenance on Cooling Tower Systems.
- Ability to carry out chiller parameter readings & conduct troubleshooting.
- Perform troubleshooting on electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions. Ability to diagnose error codes is an advantage.
- Install, replace, or repair spare parts that has been damaged.
- Make adjustment and do calibrations of thermostatic controls, if necessary to optimize equipment performance.
- Clean blowers and coils, check tensions of belts and motors. Perform chemical cleaning/overhaul on Fan Coil Units (FCU) and Air Handling Units (AHU)
- Able to perform troubleshooting on ACMV Control Panels.
- Detail oriented & have good problem solving skills
