Your new role
As a Senior Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Effectively communicate performance and growth expectations to team and individuals
- In conjunction with Regional Director, attract talent and recruit effectively
- Manage individual and team performance effectively in line with team business plans and targets
- Train and coach individuals on-the-job
- Create an equal, diverse and inclusive culture where all people are respected as individuals
- Demonstrate an excellent understanding of relevant industries and market conditions
- Undertake regular business planning to analyse business strengths, maximise growth opportunities and minimise any threats to the business
- Identify, assess and provide solutions to critical issues in the business
- Maximise fee performance aligned with fee and growth targets
- Identify appropriate client targets/decision makers through research, market intelligence and liaison with other managers
- Perform role of manager of key accounts, with associated responsibilities, as required
- Evaluate the viability of any proposed service agreement and co-ordinate resources
