Role: Technician (Electrical)
Reports to: Project Manager
This role requires a highly self-motivated individual that is well organized and can time-manage well. The role requires the talent to perform the following duties:
- Provide hands-on support to engineers at site locations during the installation of our heat removal solutions, along with the installation and configuration of electrical components.
- Assist with routine maintenance tasks and troubleshooting of electrical issues on ongoing projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide support to Project Engineers when required.
- Monitor and report on project progress to all relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations at project site.
- Participate in site audits and suggest areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Previous experience as an Electrical Technician, ideally within a data center or similar environment.
- Familiarity with various electrical systems and equipment.
- Proficient in using electrical diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair electrical problems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
