This position of Course Coordinator reports to the executive director and interface with company's managers/directors in the development of the online training programmes. You are to be involved in the execution of marketing campaigns and handle marketing/training related administrative work.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing and Promotion:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote training programs.
- Utilize various online platforms (social media, email campaigns, SEO, PPC) and offline channels (events, print media) to reach target audiences.
- Create compelling content for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, newsletters, and online advertisements.
- Manage and update the company's website and social media profiles to ensure content is current and engaging.
2. Sales Support:
- Engage with potential clients to provide detailed information about training programs and respond to inquiries.
- Assist in the creation of proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
- Coordinate and manage promotional events, workshops, and webinars to attract new clients.
3. Administrative Support:
- Assist in the organization and logistics of training courses, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and material preparation.
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate client information and interactions.
- Handle registration processes, confirmation emails, and any necessary follow-up communications.
4. Post-Sales Activities:
- Conduct follow-up with clients post-training to gather feedback and measure satisfaction.
- Manage and process funding claims related to completed training programs, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted accurately and timely.
- Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
