Position Summary:
The Marketing Communication Specialist is a highly strategic role, helping to develop and execute our go-to-market plans for key segments, as well as support offer development and product launch in South East Asia. The focus of this role is to help improve our ability to win by assessing market opportunities and creating unique value propositions, marketing campaigns, thought leadership content and sales enablement tools that give our sales organization a competitive edge.
The Marketing Communication Specialist will serve as a project management leader with cross-functional teams to assess business development needs, ideate new marketing campaign and tactics, and continually test and refine performance.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Preferably B.E & MBA / PGDM, specialization in Marketing
- At least 5 years of experience
- Proven performance in managing successful brand awareness and lead generation campaigns
- Proven performance developing value propositions and promotional messaging for new offers
- Demonstrated experience working with and influencing a wide range of corporate stakeholders, including all levels of a sales organization
- Proven project management experience
- Ability to travel as the business requires (approximately 25% of the time)
- Ability to use market research effectively to understand customer, markets, channels
- Able to anticipate changes in the market and adjusts strategies accordingly
- Experience with internal training and change management a plus
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Prior communications work examples must be provided
Responsibilities:
- Develop & execute the marketing plan and measure results of the marketing program
- Manage all promotional activities including internal communications, lead generation, branding, relationships with partners, & reporting activities
- Manage CRM and other web analytical tools for reporting
- Maintenance of sales enablement portals
- Effectively work within the Marketing Communications operating system
- Monitor, review and report on all marketing activities and results
- Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
- Work both independently and as a part of the global marketing team
- Effective development of project briefs with clear timescales, scope, and deliverables.
- Leverage marketing skills and influence to complete assigned tasks.
- Understanding of wider usability and accessibility constraints, gain expertise to continually improve the website and portal areas.
- Develop website specifications and design and build Marketing Communications for web / social media related needs.
- Manage partner ecosystem for co-marketing activities.
