On behalf of the client, we are looking for suitable personnel to join them as BIM Modeler
Responsibilities
- Drafting and modelling using AutoCAD and BIM Revit software Support the team in required design & drawings
- Prepares, updates, and modifies M&E services drawings.
- Prepares 2D and 3D system and site drawings according to requirements Preparation and submission of shop drawings
- Ensure correct & accurate drawing details before submission
- To update diagrams as and when required.
- Site inspections. Coordination of works and liaisons with PM, the client (when needed) and third parties.
- Be able to perform 24x7 standby
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by the reporting supervisor/ manager.
Requirements
- Minimum a diploma in Electrical or Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering
- Has a minimum 1 year of experience in BIM
- Able to work independently and is a good team player
Payroll will be under the Recruitment Company
Yearly renewable contract, subject to performance
Work location: Jurong East and other sites as assigned
