- Be a subject matter expert in the Industrial product category.
- To conduct product demonstration and training for customers and sales team.
- Prepare and conduct product seminars, webinars for customers.
- Promote and manage new product introduction.
- Regular communication with factories to understand latest products, features, and technology.
- Managing sales forecast, profit and loss account and inventory.
- Ensure the profitability of the accounts and products.
- Managed and ensure that inventory levels are reasonably sufficient.
- Submit monthly reports to Management.
- Handle sales enquires and prepare quotation.
- Conduct market research.
- Establish annual business Plan.
- Conduct sales activities to achieve target sales.
- Plan and implement Action plan.
- Budget and allocate resources and expenses.
- Coordinate on technical & quality issues.
- Handle delivery adjustment with customer and factory.
Job Requirement
- Degree in Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
- Proficient in Japanese language in order to liaise with related parties.
- 5 years technical experience in the field of industrial products.
- Motivated and possess excellent communication skills.
- Friendly & outgoing personality, to maintain good relationship with relevant stakeholders.
- Able to take initiative and work under minimal supervision in a fast-paces environment.
- Possess good corporate network and relationship.
- Team player.
- Familiar with Japanese Firm operations.
