Job Description
Our Client is looking for a seasoned Full Stack Engineer with a strong entrepreneurial background .The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the internet industry, a comprehensive skill set in DevOps, frontend, and backend development, and proven experience in founding or co-founding startups. This role requires a proactive individual capable of designing and optimizing complex systems, managing teams, and leading projects from inception to completion
Responsibilities
1. Design, develop, and maintain internal systems to enhance engineering efficiency, workflow, and release processes.
2. Manage project processes, allocate development resources, analyze employee efficiency, and develop product design prototypes.
3. Provide fundamental technical support, assisting various departmental technical teams in resolving technical issues.
4. Develop and maintain frontend and backend applications, ensuring system stability and efficient operation.
5. Contribute to the open-source community, staying at the forefront of technical knowledge and practices.
6. Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields.
2. Over 10 years of experience in the internet industry, with at least 5 years in team management and significant entrepreneurial experience.
3. **Technical Skills**:
- Proficient in backend development technologies such as Python, Flask, Django.
- Skilled in frontend frameworks like AngularJS, Vue.
- Familiar with cloud computing and container technologies such as OpenStack, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Experience in system operations and automated deployment, with tools like Cobbler, Puppet, Ansible.
- Knowledge of blockchain technology and familiar with mainstream consensus algorithms and open-source projects like Bitcoin, Ethereum.
4. **Project Experience**:
- Experience in organizing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining large and medium-sized projects.
- Experience in developing online education platforms based on Docker and OpenStack.
- Participated in data center infrastructure management, handling asset management systems for over 5000 devices.
5. **Entrepreneurial Experience**:
- Proven track record of founding or co-founding startups.
- Experience in product development from initial concept to market launch.
- Strong understanding of business strategy, user needs, and market trends.
6. **Other Skills**:
- Proficient in version control and continuous integration tools like Git, Jenkins.
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit, able to effectively communicate with users and team members.
- Passionate about technology, actively participating in technical communities, with experience contributing to open-source projects preferred.
