Key Responsibilities:
1) Management of company’s cash flow, including preparation, monitoring and planning of incoming and outgoing funds.
2) Prepare Weekly Global cash forecast
3) Support Treasury duties including but not limited to interest fixing and fixed deposit placements, forward rate fixing, hedging, opening and closing of bank accounts, administration and maintenance of bank accounts and internet banking platforms.
4) Collate and analyze trends relating to treasury products
5) Bank Reconciliation
6) Accounts Receivable and Revenue Recon of Group
7) Intercompany & Related Company Reconciliation
8) Reviewing the payment request before submitting for approval
9) Assist Team Leader in Budget exercise of the Group
Additional Responsibilities:
a) Any reasonable task assigned by management and deemed to be within the individual’s capabilities to ensure smooth running of the business.
b) As this is an evolving business, ongoing change is an integral part of the position. Management will liaise with the individual on any fundamental change to work practices. The individual is required to embrace and adopt any change to working practices.
Knowledge and skill requirements:
a) Degree/Diploma in Banking and Finance/Accounting and Finance with at least 4 years of relevant working experience
b) SAP Business one experience will be advantage.
c) Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Computer literate with the ability to learn new software applications.
d) Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
e) Mandarin is required as the candidate will need to work with China Bankers and accounts.

g) Good interpersonal and communication skill
h) Meticulous, able to work independently as well as in a team
