Job Description:
•Provide support for regional recruitment including job postings, interview arrangements and job offers to
candidates etc.
•Manage the application and renewal of work passes
•Responsible for on-boarding and off-boarding of employees
•Coordinate staff confirmation assessment exercises
•Coordinate training and update training records
•Prepare employment offer contracts and training bond administration.
•Update monthly reports for resignations and new employees for the region
•Update employee records and HR reports
•Assist with contracts printing and administration
•Other HR/ Administration duties as and when assigned by the direct supervisor
Pre-requisites:
Education
Minimum Degree in any disciplines
Work Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources/Administration
Other requirement criteria
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude, meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently with minimum supervision
