Role Description
- Acquire, build and deepen relationships with existing HNWI clients to increase AUM and revenues.
- Effectively meeting clients' expectations in terms of providing professional advisory and management of clients' investments portfolio.
- Have complete knowledge of the client in terms of the profile, demographics & psychographics and assets in the Bank and in other places.
- Serve as the one-point contact to the HNWI clients of the Bank.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Meet/exceed budget for revenue and profitability through effective relationship management
- To achieve service excellence through focusing on the analysis and satisfaction of HNWI clients' investment needs and objectives.
- Conduct all sales and services activities within the risk & compliance parameters as defined from time to time by the bank and respective regulators.
- Provide excellent services to achieve a high percentage of clients' satisfactions and retention.
- Generate new business to achieve defined sales targets
Qualifications/ Skillsets/ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Relevant experience in relationship management role in similar capacity in banking/ financial institutions.
- CMPFAS certifications
- Microsoft Office & basic PC skills
- Excellent knowledge of banking and investment products
- Candidates with experience in complimentary industries with excellent network of HNWI clients will also be considered for the role on a case by case basis
