Position: Financial Analyst
Job Type: 6 months contract (renewable)
Working Hours: Mon – Fri 9am – 6pm
Location: OUE Bayfriont
Salary: Up to $5,000
Job Description:
• Enter AP/AR - Office/Staff Claims Vouchers /Payments in SAP Hana
• Prepare Month End Journals
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation/update cashbook
• Assist in Month end /Quarter/Year End close activities, park journals entries in SAP, prepares balance sheet schedules
• SAP Cash clearing/settlement of AR Balances
• Analyse Financial balance sheet account
• Assist in GST returns, GTP reports, AIS reports to local Tax Authority
• Assist in Quarterly/Year end Audit Processes, FS Schedules
• Prepares/Assist GTP Local Business spending report
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ of prior Accounting or Finance experience in a trading environment is an advantage
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles GAAP
• Proficient in MS Excel, vlookup, SAP is a plus
• Good team player with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
• Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Meticulous and a strong team player
