Roles & Responsibilities:
· Responsible for month end closing, assist with budgeting and forecast activities.
· Manage and coordinate with tax agents and external accountant engaged to handle any part of the accounting work
· Prepare GST report and filing
· Monitor cash flow and maintain cash controls
· Prepare and submit monthly reports as required
· Prepare AR Aging report and monitor collections
· Ensure payments to vendors or any other external parties are properly authorized and supported with adequate information
· Any ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the Management
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in Accounting or similar discipline.
- 2-3 years of relevant working experience preferred
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) is fundamental
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of English and Chinese languages (both written and spoken)
- Positive working attitude.
- Able to manage deadlines.
