Job Responsibilities:
Customer Service and Sales:
- Passionate and highly motivated with a good insight into customer service
- Service-orientedd with high enthusiasm to serve professionally
- Achieve and maximize the sales goals and KPI’s as determined
- Develop selling strategies for product recommendation
- Establish a holistic and long-term relationship with the customer
Operation:
- Responsible for daily store operations
- Assist with the store’s visual directives, inventory and maintain standards of housekeeping
- Understand and perform merchandise transfer and order fulfillmentt
- Assist with all other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the retail industry
- Service oriented; good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong systematic organized approach to work
