1. Prepare or review the construction method statement, manpower plan, construction equipment plan, and schedule.
2. Supervise/monitor the main contractor and appointed contractor daily site operation for time, cost, quality, and safety and report to development management.
3. Prepare progress report for management
4. Provide guidance and technical support to resolve construction issues.
5. Coordinate with related departments and public authorities.
6. Implementation of various operations through proper coordination and control of planning, design, estimating, contracting, and construction in the entire process.
7. To ensure the communication with, and involvement of, all interested disciplines in each project.
8. Perform leadership and direction within the project execution team;
Key qualification:
1. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Project Management, Civil Engineering
2. Minimum 8 years of construction experience
3. Verbal and written communication skills with a good command of English and Chinese
4. Strong capabilities in project scheduling, budgeting, safety, quality control, and cost control.
5. Knowledge of Microsoft project planner.
