Job Purpose
Responsible for the sales maximization and brand profitability of the assigned brands for retail sales. Also to manage, lead and motivate a team of retail staff to drive growth of the brand.
Sales
· Responsible for the sales performance and profitability of the brand(s)
· Provide feedback and recommendation to enhance sales and customer database.
Customer Service
· Main liaison with the Marketing & Communications Department to ensure all current and important customers are informed of activities and brand events at the boutique level.
· Provide personalized service to selected important customers.
· Handle customers’ feedback and complaints.
· Analyze existing customer service database in efforts to maintain regular customers and introduce new customers.
Inventory Control and Security
· Responsible for the overall stock positioning and stock management of the brand.
· Supervise and regular checks to ensure stock control policies for stores and warehouse are followed diligently to control stock loss.
· Manage stock status, sell-thru, promotion, discounts and stock margins.
· Provide timely feedback on categories or groups of merchandise not performing for each season and take immediate actions.
Operations
· Perform regular visits to stores to ensure that operations are efficiently managed by the Operation Manager and team.
· Feedback on market intelligence / competitors (e.g. pricing, entry and exit of brands).
· Communicate to staff changes in directions and policies of the Company.
· Ensure all regular reports for submission to Head office and Brand Principal are done accurately and on a timely basis.
· Review and ensure monthly expenses are well within budget.
· Build and maintain good relationship with mall / retail management.
HR & Training
· Recruit, build and motivate a strong team that work towards the common objectives.
· Ensure staff issues are managed according to the Human Resource guideline.
· Provide feedback to Human Resource Department on staff related issues and practical suggestions to enhance staff motivation.
· Ensure training and development activities are carried out by relevant departments to enhance the performance of the staff.
Merchandising
· Ensure guidelines from principal are being adhered to.
· Ensure shop windows, in-store and store room are well merchandised and in tip-top condition.
Marketing
· Work with Marketing & Communications Department to plan for the annual marketing calendar for each brand.
· Participate in the marketing activities and brand events.
· Provide timely feedback on the effectiveness of the marketing activities and brand events.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Degree, Diploma, or related fields
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in luxury retail
• Experienced in sales forecasting, store operations, rostering and leading a sales team
• Possessed great leadership and motivation skill in order to drive the team to achieve targets
