Job Responsibilities:
· Supporting full scope of AP processing duties
· Processing of post invoices, payments , credit notes and clearing of general ledgers
· Handling of petty cash
· Ensure payments adhere to payment cycle and all transactions are recorded accurately
· Balance sheet reconciliations
· Data entry and management reports
· Adhoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
· Minimum Diploma in a related discipline
· Minimum 1 years of relevant accounting duties
· Able to start immediately or within short notice
