Job Description:
· Will help to lead the RPA initiative for Cluster Office
· Collaborate with ICT systems IT owners/SMEs and/or Vendors to understand detailed system flow to facilitate automation of business processes
· Identify, ideate and assess RPA opportunities with business stakeholders
· Work with vendors and business stakeholders to design, build, implement and support RPA projects
· End-to-end Project management of multiple projects
· Conduct user requirements workshops for process discovery, process analysis and documentation of requirement specification
· Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors as required
· Prepare Process Design Document (PDD) and ensure its timely sign-off by stakeholders
· Coordinate with internal and external developers on Solution Design Document (SDD)
· Support all enhancements & RPA bug fixes
· Manage RPA project risks, mitigation and contingency
· Vendor Management on project and support matters
· Provide training to users and work closely with technical teams (Infrastructure & Security, Applications and EUC) to ensure proper system security, performance, data integrity and compliance to established policies
Requirements and Qualifications:
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in process automation and AI fields
· Tertiary qualification in IT, Business or related disciplines
· Good working knowledge with UiPath RPA products and tools
· Project management and implementation skills with experience communicating and driving projects with business users
· Certification in any RPA Tools (AA, BluePrism, Kryon, UiPath, etc.) is advantageous
· Have an understanding of SDLC, Solution Architecture & Relational Database
· Knowledge in process improvement, design thinking
· Knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodology
· Good professional written and verbal communication skills
· Work independently and proceed with objectives without supervision
· Ability to cope in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
· Experience in Supply Chain & Logistics domains is advantageous
