Our Centre/Outlet Manager main job is to motivate colleagues, manage operation, ensure safety of the outlet.
Job description
• Engaging and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Responsible for smooth operations of outlet - Manpower, equipments, inventories, daily task
• Coach, motivate and develop teams to achieve operational and service excellence
• Drive outlet performance working together with team members
• Ensure outlets compliance to company's SOPs, customer service, teaching quality and cleanliness
• Monitor staff performance standards and conduct performance evaluation
• Relief staff should there be any absence
• Would require to undergo all department training
• Able to manage 2 or more centres
• Full-time position with compulsory over the weekends and Public Holidays
Requirements:
- Minimum a Degree qualification
- Has swim teaching experience of 5 years
- Well versed with Microsoft Office
- Resourceful and Motivated individual
- Result-driven, service-oriented
- Possess strong leadership and communication skills
- Patience, cheerful, loud and bubbly
- Positive attitude and maintains good relation with students and parents
- Passion and love for babies, toddlers and children
- Able to react during emergency and flexible working attitude
