Responsibilities
- Welcoming and greeting visitors, clients, and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Ensures security protocols are followed by monitoring access to the premises and issuing visitor badges
- Responsible for managing external appointments (e.g. guests/visitors, interview candidates)
- Handles incoming phone calls and general inquiries
- Handles incoming and outgoing courier and deliveries
- Handles occasional gifting (Newborn, Condolences, Hospitalization)
- Supports partner’s gifting (Sourcing & Packing)
- Supports Internal Events (Eg. Internal Sales, Launches for Employees)
- Supports company-wide events planning and execution
- Maintaining safety, tidiness and hygiene and standards of the reception area
- Other ad hoc support/assistance as needed
Requirements
- Good command of English (Oral and written)
- Possess a positive constructive attitude, proactive and pursues continuous excellence, has service-oriented mindset
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information, both from visitors and within the organization
- Required Skill(s): G suite
