- Develop and implement business plan to attain Group’s objectives.
- Responsible for the daily aspects of sales, operations, maintenance, administration and financial sustainability of the company
- Direct the day-to-day operational management of the business, applying as required a hands-on approach to producing solutions to strategic, technical, commercial, operational and personnel-related challenges which may have an impact on customer service and performance, with the emphasis on maintaining excellent customer relationships and service quality.
- As the P&L owner, to be responsible for the cost centres according to profitability/ROI/budget guideline.
- Maintain good relationship with vendors within the supply chain
- Ensure proper documentation for ISO procedures and statutory requirements.
- Manage human resources and ensure staff to follow company policies and procedures.
- Oversee maintenance activities for the upkeep of plant and machinery, factory and office building.
- Schedule regular meetings to discuss business updates and challenges and report to the Managing Director.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Others), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing.
- Must be able to converse in English and Mandarin, verbal and written.
- Must be able to travel for extended periods, when required.
- Initiative and self-driven to achieve the Group’s objectives.
- Proactive in identifying market opportunities and problem-solving.
- Experience in Manufacturing/Production Operations/Finance or equivalent, shall be advantageous.
- Keenness to listen and a team-player.
