Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and advance marketing functions for the entire group, leveraging deep insights into consumer behavior, product dynamics, and market trends
- Develop and execute a holistic marketing strategy across all product categories, aligning with global and regional business objectives, in close collaboration with retail, merchandising, and headquarters
- Efficiently execute marketing initiatives across all consumer touchpoints, utilizing CRM tools and consumer insights to bolster brand perception and loyalty
- Act as the primary representative of the company across communication channels, fostering and strengthening the brand's image
- Manage relationships with key external stakeholders and agencies to optimize return on marketing investment (ROMI)
- Develop and oversee the annual marketing operating budget in accordance with established guidelines
- Foster a robust local marketing team, ensuring effective succession planning and development of local talent
- Partner with headquarters and APAC teams to engage suitable profiles and integrate them into marketing endeavors
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business Marketing or any relevant field
- At least 5 years of working experience in the same role with similar capacity
- Proven track record in strategy and planning, change management, and good people influencing skills
- Excellent communication skills, independent, and a team player
- Willing to travel to territory in-charge occasionally
