Job Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service support via phone and email.
- Attend to Customer’s enquiries on product, RFQ and deliveries.
- Preparing of shipping document and import/export documentation.
- Monitor and ensure outgoing shipments being delivered as prescribed.
- Monitor and ensure incoming shipments being cleared timely.
- Processing of invoice promptly.
- Extract and tabulate data for report
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned
Job Requirement:
- Possess at least GCE ‘O’ Level
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in shipping admin work in Ocean freight
- Computer Literate.
- Independent and able to work in fast paced environment
- Able to perform overtime as and when required.
