- Assist in daily store operations
- Provide excellent customer service and maintains a positive shopping environment consistent with our brand image
- Establish regular contacts with existing and potential customers, maintaining healthy customer relationships
- Keep customers informed on new products, services, or promotions
- Assist in managing store inventory and stock transfers internally & externally
- Works closely with managers on sales activities and customer feedback

Job Requirements
- Full-time: 5 days work week including 2 weekends
- Currently in Singapore
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
- Experience in customer service or high-end retail environment is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills
- Fluent in English. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus
- Passion for home & lifestyle products and social media is a plus
- Good team player, pleasant personality, service oriented, positive attitude to learning new skill sets
- Basic computer skills and etiquette
