Location: Raffles Place (Nearest MRT – Telok Ayer MRT)
Responsibilities:
Your role will be to assist Singapore-based clients with their Accounting and Compliance needs:
- Responsible to produce full set of accounts including monthly/quarterly/yearly reports, quarterly GST submission
- Prepare yearly tax computations for clients
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts
- Responsible to produce timely and accurate work for manager’s review and to meet client deadlines
- Prepare yearly financial statements for clients
- Ensure client compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
- Technology saavy – comfortable with adopting digital practices and new digital solutions
- Be part of a fast-growing professional services company in the early days
- Be comfortable with a startup culture with an open and flat hierarchy
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in handling full set of accounts
- Open to fresh graduates with a Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Finance/ACCA/CA Equivalent
- Required skills: Microsoft Excel
- Experience with QuickBooks and/or Xero will be added advantage
- Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
- Self-motivated and adaptable towards a fast-paced environment
- Enjoys working in a team in a flat hierarchy within a startup-like environment
