Job Description
- Responsible for full spectrum of payroll processing, including but not limited to income tax filing and clearance, CPF submission, statutory claims reimbursement (eg. NS-MUP claims, maternity, paternity and childcare leave claims, etc) and payroll audits.
- In charge of applying government funding or grants.
- Establish clear understanding of the recruitment needs for the various departments, and work closely with the HOD for hiring matters.
- Reviewing compensation and benefit for company’s competitive advantage
- Provide advice to employees and managers pertaining to employee grievances, conduct and discipline issues.
- Oversee the training needs and manage the training programmes.
- Implement ways for improvements to existing work flows and processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to alight with compliance to legal legislation
- In charge of career development, succession planning and talent management
- Handle queries pertaining to any of the HR matters
- In charge of clearance for resignation / termination / dismissal
- Handling Company’s insurance matters
- In charge of miscellaneous matters (eg. ordering of company's uniform)
- Oversee the maintenance of HR Information System (HRIS) and work with users, IT and vendor to ensure system optimization.
- In charge of Corppass (eg. Manage users, assign e-services)
- Handling company's email account (eg. Create email, delete email)
- Liaising with SNB for Nurses matters (eg. EN/SN application, transfer of Conditional Registration/ Enrolment)
- To be in charge of 2 Nursing homes and 9 active aging centres.
Requirements
- Degree in HR Management or equivalent preferred
- 5 to 9 years of relevant working experience in healthcare sector including at least 2 to 3 years’ experience in supervisory role
- Must be able to take stress and multi tasking
- Able to commence work within short notice will have added advantage
