About Our Client

Our client is a leading air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) provider with a long and successful track record of completing many quality projects.

They are now looking for a competent and committed individual to join their team.

Architectural Assistant

Job Description:

  • Ensure all architectural works are carried out as per approved architectural drawings and specifications and all interface details with SWCs works are carried out as per CCSM and Reflected Ceiling Plans;
  • Plan, manage and maintain the BIM data in compliance with project requirements and ensuring all drawings adhere to specific building codes and regulatory standards;
  • Create and maintain the project template files to ensure standards;
  • Coordinate with other departments and engineers to manage and resolve clashes;
  • Liaise with sub-contractors;
  • Prepare Transmittal on drawings for submission or issuance to sub-contractors;
  • Review and revise the current revision status;
  • Compiling of As-built drawing upon project completion;
  • Minor coordination of Architectural / Structural / M&E drawings;
  • Detailing and documentation of working drawing;
  • Check on-site to ensure that architectural works are carried out according to the construction drawings;
  • Any other duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience after tertiary education in a relevant architectural field in the construction supervision of architectural works for projects of similar scale and completely in context;
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM (Revit);
  • Familiar with Singapore Building’s Codes of Practices and Regulations;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
  • Good team player and possess good interpersonal skills;
  • Proactive, meticulous and able to work independently;
  • Having experience in healthcare projects would be bonus and advantageous;
  • Will to work in the site office;
  • 5.5 days Alternate Saturday work week.
