5 days : 8.30am to 6pm (Mon–Fri)
Salary: Up to $3800 (Depends on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain full accounting records
- Prepare timely financial and management reports
- Manage cash flow planning and projections
- Handle GST reporting and filing
- Coordinate with auditors and banks
- Process payroll
- Administer work pass matters
- Prepare CPF and IRAS submissions
- Assist with ad-hoc assignments
Requirements:
- Possess relevant certificate in Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' experience in similar role
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Meticulous, proactive, resourceful, and self-driven with a positive mindset
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively
- Able to start work immediately
