About Our Client
My client is a leading global real estate company headquartered in Singapore, with a diverse portfolio across South East Asia.
Job Description
- Coordinate and collaborate with regional development teams, consultants, and internal teams to understand project requirements, scope, and needs to ensure successful product delivery.
- Provide Electrical & Mechanical engineering support to the Data Centre team throughout the project lifecycle, including processes, tools, procedures, regulatory compliance, technical interpretations, and ensuring quality.
- Act as part of the Southeast Asia development team, working with consultants and internal stakeholders to implement project requirements, scope, and needs.
- Review development and design documentation to ensure they meet project needs and provide a strong value proposition for the company.
- In a consultative role, assist the Sales team with technical sales and solutions across all markets
- Participate in forecasting, pipeline management, market analysis, and evaluate trends among prospects, customers, and target tenants.
- Engage with the professional community by attending technical forums and presenting papers at industry events.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 4 years+ of experience in data centres projects.
- Extensive knowledge of Data center systems design.
- Familiarity with best practices and standards for systems design, installation, and operational requirements.
- Strong customer-facing skills, ideally developed in roles involving interaction with high-tech users and customers, with the ability to discuss cloud, enterprise IT, data centre, or similar solutions intelligently.
- A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service to both clients and colleagues.
- Willingness to undertake short-duration overseas travel.
