Liaise with internal teams and customers on shipping documentation.
Declare import / export permits.
Apply for Free Trade Agreement (FTA) and Certificate of Origin (COO).
SI and PM4 submission
Create job orders.
Manage all import and export shipments.
Monthly permit declaration report.
Monitor cargo release and liaise with shipping companies.
Requirements:
Experience in handling shipping documents and booking with shipping lines.
Able to lead a team of shipping officer and shipping assistant.
Minimum ‘N’ level or equivalent.
To possess Tradenet Certificate.
Knowledge on DG and strategic cargo.
Can work overtime when required
