- Assist Chef de Partie / Sous Chef in preparing food and stocks for lunch and dinner in Japanese restaurant
- Assist Chef de Partie / Sous Chef in preparing and ensuring sufficiency of mise en place
- Assist Chef de Partie / Sous Chef in conducting stock-take of ingredients
- Good knowledge of ingredients and cooking methods, especially frying
