Responsibilities:
- Document patient physiotherapy records accurately.
- Conduct clinical assessments, analyze, and diagnose patients' need for physiotherapy intervention.
- Utilize evidence-based practice to plan, implement, evaluate, and advance patient care.
- Communicate and make recommendations across relevant staff disciplines to optimize patient care.
- Supervise Therapist Assistants in the workgroup
- Assist with induction of new physiotherapists deployed to the workgroup
- Demonstrate proficiency in physiotherapy service modalities.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Physical Therapy / Physiotherapy Therapy recognised by AHPC
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrate strong clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and effective decision-making in patient care.
- Candidates with leadership experience may be considered for senior roles.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
