Responsibilities:
- Assess and execute treatment plans to aid patients in attaining optimal independence, enhance self-care, daily living, and work skills.
- Maintain precise documentation of occupational therapy records.
- Conduct functional, cognitive, and perceptual assessments and training for daily activities.
- Facilitate work rehabilitation, prescribe, and provide training in the utilization of assistive technology or devices, and apply ergonomic principles to occupation performance.
- Communicate and offer recommendations to all relevant staff disciplines to maximize patient care.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy recognised by AHPC
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrate strong clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and effective decision-making in patient care.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
- Candidates with leadership experience may be considered for senior roles.
