- Assist in execution of Main Contracts administrative documents. Contract administration for client, main contractor, consultants, sub- contractor and suppliers.
- Preparation of Monthly Progress Claims and consolidation of team's supporting documents to see through to client's requirements on claim reviewing.
- Assist the team on quantity take offs, estimation, prepare tender submission, cost planning, sourcing sub-contractors, forecast budgeting, variation orders, final accounts.
- Assistance with recording of meeting minutes and timelines.
- Preparation and Issuance of Contracts to Sub-Contractors and Suppliers
- Preparation for Payment Response to sub- contractor and suppliers
- Suppliers contact and liaising over pricing for comparison, quotation and confirmation of materials.
- Position is based on Project Site location, Full Time.
