Duties & Key Responsibilities
· Prepare Purchase Orders in compliance with Group policies and guidelines
· Responsible for tactical sourcing of materials/equipment from new and existing approved vendor lists
· Responsible for the negotiation to ensure/improve suppliers' price competitiveness, lead-time and on time delivery
· Ensure complete documentations in placed (Suppliers’ Contract, PO, Appendixes and Technical specification) for audit compliances purposes and proper office management
· Provide sound analysis with price, quality, lead time, service support to ensure the best deal among suppliers
· Manage defective products and goods and alternative solutions with suppliers
· Responsible for RFQ (Request For Quotation)
· Maintain professional relationship with key suppliers
· Managing and overseeing the deliveries and shipping operations
· Support/Coordinate with project sites for their procurement/subcontract requests
· Assist in making business travel arrangement
· Ad-hoc assignments as assigned
